3 Hour Intensive Cooking Class
The ultimate cooking technique and dining experience in one class! Perfect for any level of cook or gourmand. This one night intensive and instructive course offers essential core cooking skills and a six course fine dining meal. During this hands-on active participation class, discussion of culinary methods are encouraged and flavor profiles are explored.
FIRST COURSE
Melon Cucumber Elixor with Fresh Mint
how to make a simple dessert sauce and turn it into a nutrient rich drink, a refreshing amuse, a flavorful Italian Ice, or just add your favorite liquer for your signiture cocktail.
SECOND COURSE
Ahi Tuna Tar Tare
learn where to buy the best fresh fish, how to prepare sushi grade tuna at home and the science behind 'cooking' with out heat.
THIRD COURSE
Herbs de Provence Whole Roasted Chicken
It's about time to get back to cooking basics and no better way to start with you and whole chicken. We will learn easy cooking and knife skills from trussing, roasting and deboning to eating!
FORTH COURSE
Chicken Consume with Bouquet de Garni
How to make a wonderful luxurious broth. A proper consume that is rich in flavor with an intoxicating aroma sure to keep the winter chill at bay.
FIFTH COURSE
Handmade Artisan Chocolate Truffles
Think you don't have what it takes to make melt in your mouth truffles to rival a master chocolatier? Think you need a ton of pricy equipment or 8 hours slaving over a stove? Nah, just give us 15 minutes and we'll show you that all you need is love of chocolate.
Note: We will have wine available for purchase from a third party purveyor. The cost is 9.95 / person and is unlimited. You may also bring your own bottle for a 9.95 / bottle corking fee. Both options may be payed for at the door when you arrive to class. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
